We are able to offer some NHS dental treatment. If you would like to register as an NHS patient then please telephone the practice to enquire if we have any places on our NHS patient list. The current NHS fees applicable are available from the practice and on the NHS Choices Website.
In line with current advice and practice ALL fees will be payable in full prior to the completion of all courses of treatment. A deposit of half the proposed cost of treatment will be taken when booking with the hygienist, or dentist for long private treatment appointments this deposit will be held on your account and will be lost if we do not receive adequate notice of cancellation per our cancellation policy.
Payment can be made by all major credit/debit cards (excluding American Express and Diners club) as well as cash; please note we do not accept cheques. Please be aware that you will always be provided with a written estimate prior to beginning any course of treatment and this being an estimate is subject to change should your treatment needs change.
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an appointment, in these situations we require at least 24 hours notice to avoid late cancellation charges. In the event that we cannot take your call to cancel an appointment, you can leave a message on the practice voicemail service.
Missed appointments mean lost surgery time slots which can be given to those patients who may need them.
Please note: Repeated failure to attend or late cancellations will result in removal from our patient list.
